Mr B Hairdressing Supplies was founded 34 years ago by the Vendor. During his ownership the business has grown to become a significant enterprise with an enviable reputation among independent and large high street salons for the quality and range of its products, reliability of supply and commitment to customer satisfaction.

The business offers a comprehensive range of Hairdresser’s products covering every level of affordability; high premium, economy and many with unique brand awareness.

Several proposals were received and a cash sale was ultimately agreed, the Vendor retained the freehold of the cash and carry, granting a new lease to the purchasers.

The owner will be returning to Australia with his family, which they miss having lived there for several years before returning to the United Kingdom

Turner Butler are pleased to announce the sale in October 2008 of Progen Scientific Limited a Specialist in the supply of high quality, scientific equipment and bench top instruments for all laboratory use, including hospitals, universities, schools, research, development and quality control applications based in the Mexborough, South Yorkshire with a turnover of circa £1Million.

Turner Butler successfully managed the entire sale process. Several proposals were received from other prospective purchasers and the sale was ultimately agreed to G H Zeal Ltd on a cash sale basis.
